The Ministry of Rural Development is implementing the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), which aims to upskill underprivileged rural youth and provide them with jobs that provide regular monthly earnings or more than the minimum wage in order to promote rural livelihoods. It is a part of the National Rural Livelihood programme's (NRLM) Aajeevika programme for poverty alleviation. In TamilNadu, TNSRLM is owner of implementing this project, With a goal of training 162 rural youth, CSC Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. received approval to implement this project to train as retail sales associates and domestic data entry operators in the districts of Thiruvannamalai and Thiruvallur.

Sree Rajarajeswari Trust has partnered with CSC Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. to provide Project Execution Services (PES) for the implementation of the aforementioned skill training programmes between 2022 and 2024.  86 rural youth trained in the Domestic Data Entry Operator from Thiruvannamalai district and 94 rural youth trained in the Retail Sales Associate from Thiruvallur District.  As per scheme, SRET provided handholding support to the youths for getting placement opportunities in their region. 

Sree Rajarajeswari Trust had another MoU with Metamorphosis Engineering and Skill Development Services (MESDS) on September 10, 2022 to govern the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) initiative.  The goals of this agreement are to identify and coordinate training centres, mobilise beneficiaries who are SC, ST, & minority and ensure that training and placement operations are carried out effectively. The project for training the job roles in Retail Sales Associate and Two-Wheeler Service Technician around 345 rural youth from the Villupuram & Thiruvallur District. While SRET oversees the day-to-day management of training facilities, MESDS is in charge of overseeing important meetings and employing personnel in accordance with DDU-GKY regulations. As per DDU-GKY guideline, all the partnership seeks to give job placement and training possibilities to rural youth.   Accordingly, Two-wheeler technician training was provided to 245 rural youth from the Villupuram District, while retail sales associate training was provided with job placements to 100 rural youth from the Tiruvallur District.
