Senthil kumar has made significant contributions to the field of vocational training and development. A retired Deputy Director General from the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, he has a proven track record of excellence. At the Advanced Training Institute (ATI), Hyderabad, he developed training materials, conducted industry surveys, and designed courses. As Vice Principal at CTI, Chennai, he oversaw 18 examinations. His tenure at CSTARI, Kolkata, involved creating instructional materials, identifying 48 new courses for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. As Principal and Joint Director, he handled administrative responsibilities and updated trade tests. In his role as Regional Director of RDAT (WR), he collaborated with the Railway Ministry, expanded ATS intake, and introduced new crafts. As Director, he exceeded expectations by successfully implementing the AVTS Short Programme and COE, enhancing ATS and SDI activities, and improving infrastructure. .
