Dr. DHANALAKSHMI ARUMUGAM M.Com., M.B.A. Ph.D. – Trustee

Dr. Dhanalakshmi Arumugam, founder of W2W Enterprises, holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Madurai Kamaraja University and postgraduate degrees in women's studies, business administration, and commerce. With over 25 years of experience across NGOs, academic, and training institutions, she has worked on international research projects funded by the Melina Gates Foundation and New Jersey State University on "Empowering the Marginalised Sections of the Society through Entrepreneurship" and "Women Health Issues." She provided skill training for around 10,000 candidates under NSDC and established a skill centre in Chennai for rural youth under Eicher Group Foundation's CSR project. Currently, as a Training Coordinator at TNUIFSL, she implements Capacity Building and Training Programs (CBTP) for the Urban Sector in Tamil Nadu, focusing on urban water management, sanitation, project management, finance, and governance. She develops, assesses, and revises course materials, leads workshops, and ensures thorough reporting and documentation for TNUIFSL and KfW Bank.
