Dr. R.RAJARAM, M.B.A., M.H.R.M., Ph.D. Managing Trustee

Dr.R.Rajaram has been the Managing Director of Sree Vignesh Consultancy Private Ltd. in Chennai since 2019. Previously, he served as the Skill and CSR Head at ITCOT Ltd., a renowned Public Sector Organization. He successfully executed Government skill development projects under the Ministries of Rural Development, Minority Affairs, and Housing & Urban Affairs. He also undertook CSR assignments under prominent PSUs like BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, IIFCL, RECL, EIL, CPCL, CPT, BHEL, and Power Grid Corporation across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. As a result, 18,000 candidates were trained, with 14,855 successfully placed in various industries. At Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Chennai, he served in various roles culminating in the position of Director. He executed over 200 income-generating programs focused on entrepreneurship skill development for non-literate, neo-literate, and rudimentary education, benefiting nearly 200,000 underprivileged youth and women. He authored course books for Tamil Nadu Open University. He was honored with a Social Service award for implementing livelihood skill training and health awareness programs in both urban and rural communities from 2008 to 2015.
