Throughout her career, she has held significant roles, including Senior Manager at JIU, Head of Operations at Metamorphosis Engineering & Skills Development Services, and Now Technical Director at Sree Vignesh Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Her responsibilities encompassed leading meetings, overseeing financial performance, managing technical staff, budgeting, and coordinating technical aspects. Renowned for her communication, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic planning abilities, she has excelled in collaborating with national skill development authorities such as Kaushal Bharath, Kausal Panjee, NSDC, TNSDC, NAPS, and NULM.
